Through the implementation of knowledge-value chain management, the knowledge based business process and information based client relation management could be achieved. A sound performance evaluation system on knowledge value chain management is constructed, which has the reference value to the theoretical research and practical application. The following conclusions are drawn in this paper: First, knowledge value chain of enterprises is customer demand orientated, and it is the link structure composed of the processes of knowledge accumulation and innovation, which is very meaningful for enterprises to deeply understand the composition of knowledge value chain and design sound knowledge value chain model. Second, knowledge value chain management performance of enterprises could be implemented with the reference to balanced scorecard which includes four key factors of value contribution, client, internal business process and development. These factors implement the four principles and also provide knowledge value chain management more specific direction and evaluation criteria.
