Abstract :
What happens when a firm does not want to be vertically integrated? Within a buyer-supplier relationship, and in a context of specific investments, we analyze firm interactions when they decide to cooperate instead of becoming vertically integrated. We develop two systems to monitor the way that presents an alternative to vertical integration with firms that cooperate with each other under incomplete contracts. The contribution of our approach is twofold: first, a mathematical component, where single game is monitor the man to computer, and the double theory is monitor the man to man to deciding, and at last we implement them with C# technology and the result is recorded in EEG system.
