Abstract :
On-line monitoring system attempted to combine the GPS and GIS technology, used spatial information technology to manage sources of spatial information and the business. GIS technology had been effective application in the management of pollution sources, and promoted deep reform of the on-line monitoring management reform. The on-line monitoring system in Panyu District of Guangzhou would make department of environmental management understand the actual emissions status of pollution source accurately and timely, which strengthened environmental supervision methods to investigate and deal with serious source of pollution emissions enterprise on over standard. This paper which combined the management of pollution sources business characteristics, on-line monitoring management system with specific functions and data needs analyzed the system design principles, discussed the functions and performance. The research would boost pollution sources reform, and improve its management level and efficiency.
