Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

With the continuous development of China´s foreign trade, the eco-environmental protection has become urgent problem. The relationship between foreign trade and eco-environment are tension and coordination. This paper explored the interacted effects of China´s foreign trade and eco-environment by econometric methods, found China´s foreign trade does granger cause eco-environment, and the eco-environment does not granger cause China´s foreign trade. On this basis the paper gives some policy recommendations.
