    Circular economy is the practical mode of sustainable development in the world. In this paper, circular economy idea is introduced into management of urban water efficiency. After analyzing the problems of management of urban water efficiency according to the situation of the development, the paper put forward to impulse management of urban water efficiency according to the circular economy idea, and discussed the new thought of promoting management of urban water efficiency. Water management with the idea of circular economy can achieve the efficiency use of urban water resources and achieve sustainable development of economy and society.
