Abstract :
Through the Stochastic frontier approach and China´s unbalanced provincial panel data, in addition, on the condition of controlling the openness and human capital stock variable, the paper argue that FDI in service industry, openness and human capital have positive effects on China´s technology efficiency of service industry; and east region is more affected than other parts of China.
