Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

Combined with present conditions of shortage and usage of water resources in China, it systematically analyzed drive action of water price in the city water resources sustainable usage. And we drew the conclusion: increasing the water price can promote the working of economizing water and advance the water utilization efficiency; besides the needing of economizing water, the society and economy development level condition should be considered to fix the water price. And we can utilize lever function of water price so as to realize sustainable usage of water resources in city.
