Key issues and countermeasures in the streaming media information services

The information services is a kind of organized activity which the information organizations or the relevant departments process and handle the collected information and then make use of various means and methods to provide information products and services to meet the users needs. The problems existing in the application of the streaming media technology in the information services can be explored from the technical level and the non-technical level. This article makes a comprehensive analysis of the existing problem of the server performance and the network quality, starting from the technical level, and gives the corresponding solutions from the integration of the various existing solutions. This work can give some reference to all kinds of enterprises providing the streaming media information services.
