Abstract
The development of information technology has a positive and profound impact for the education and teaching activities, and the network education will gradually develop into one of educational models with the most value and potential. The streaming media warehouse is composed of large mount of video and audio elements, which generated according to the records of the classroom video and audio information of many outstanding teachers, making the streaming media as the medium of knowledge dissemination in the network education, and can well improve the efficiency of network education service. This article discusses the build of education resources streaming media warehouse, analyzed the characteristics of the network educational service, has build the basic model of the network educational service activities making the streaming media warehouse as the core, and discussed the diffusion framework of educational knowledge of mobile streaming media under the wireless network environment. electronic document is a “live” template.
