  • Abstract
Based on the new generation GIS architecture technique and integrated development model technique-MapGIS K9 data center, the urban land classification and evaluation information system can be quickly built and configured. With the new generation of service-oriented architecture, the system is easier to integrate, manage, maintain and expand. With the multi-level, multi-thematic, multi-time hierarchical data management model, it solves the integration of diverse and heterogeneous data. System uses the visual development model of “zero-programming, perfect combination, facility to build” to reduce development effort and improve the efficiency. The paper describes the feasibility, superiority and practicability of the system in three aspects. Firstly, the article analyzes the system architecture. Secondly, the article discusses the business processes and the function modules realization of the urban land classification and evaluation in detail. Lastly, a reliable solution is provided to deal with the obstacles in grading process.
