  • Abstract
    In order to summarize the standard conditions of the mid-infrared absorption spectrum for tea samples, the spectrograms are analyzed with the method of uncertainty in this paper. In the work, the absorbance of every absorption spectrum is averaged firstly to get the value xi, X̅ named true value has been get by averaging the obtained xi of the six spectra in the same condition. As a result, the standard uncertainty is calculated. The repeatability and the standard uncertainty of the spectrograms are consistent well. It can be concluded that the method of analyzing spectrograms basing on the uncertainty is feasible. The paper provides a new method for the same work in the future.
