Abstract :
The article firstly sets forth C2R model and C2GS2 model of DEA, then confirms indexes of input, transform and output of evaluation of high tech industry input-output efficiency and uses DEA method to have positive measure of validity of technology and scale to high tech industry input-output efficiency in 30 provinces and cities and regions. The article divides 30 provinces and cities and regions into different types based on the result of measure and focuses on validity of technology and scale of high tech industry input-output efficiency in Hebei Province. The result shows high tech industry input-output efficiency in Hebei Province is a little worse and scale benefits is lower and lower and adjusting input structure is urgent.
