Abstract :
Product R&D process model was deeply analyzed, and model which can guide product R&D process normative performance are absence. So A ProA-Based Mathematical model was constructed. Main Clue of analysis is to research and define ProA composition. On the basis of ProA and atom ProA definition, input and output of ProA were researched. Code domain and form, Characteristics, quality, structure and composition, effectiveness of ProA input and output item were formally described. Resource of ProA and Management of ProA were researched. Furthermore, Mapping relationship of ProA was analyzed. Five relationships of planning mapping, running monitor mapping, decomposition mapping, resource assignment mapping, cost configuration mapping were discussed in detail. On the basis of these concepts research, formalization of product R&D activity can be realized and product R&D process in terms of the extensional organization and individual features were formally described. In the end, some significative conclusions were obtained.
