The establishment and evaluation of index system of textile enterprise´s independent innovation ability

On the basis of establishing the appraisal target system of the textile enterprise´s independent innovation ability, in this paper, the Delphi method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation have been utilized to evaluate objectively the independent innovation ability of textile enterprise. The appraisal result has indicated that the establishment appraisal target system and the used assessment method have the widespread serviceability to the domestic textile enterprise. It has reflected clearly the relative importance of each target of the textile enterprise´s independent innovation ability, simultaneously, reflected accurately textile enterprise´s independent innovation ability, provided the theory basis for the textile enterprise to formulate the developmental strategy.
