Abstract :
In the process of cold roll forming, deformation mechanism of the strip is more complicated. The relationship between the deformation force on the strip and deformation of the strip can not be described with a simple function. Although the spline finite strip theory reduces the longitudinal deformation dimension of finite element analysis, the transverse deformation mechanism of the strip is still complicated. In many finite strips, the finite strip which plays a major role in the deformation is defined as the characteristic finite strip. The characteristic Agent model is established by making intelligent Agent replace and knowledge the deformation mechanism of the characteristic finite strip. This model is used to analysis the stress and strain mechanism of cold roll forming. It is to find a better way for cold roll forming.
