Abstract
The electromagnetic properties and design strategy of three-dimensional metal nano-structures for plasmonic metamaterials are theoretically investigated. The laser fabrication techniques for the three-dimensional metal structures are presented. Three-dimensional nano-scale silver or gold structures are demonstrated.
