Abstract :
We demonstrate reduction of nonlinear crosstalks for dynamic range (DR) enhancement in SOA-based multiwavelength amplification using holding beam (HB). DR is improved to 18dB with extension to low- and high-power ranges by HB at 7.6dBm.
