Abstract :
In the field of three dimension vision inspection, a stereo system full detection for an object surface is usually used the method of camera motion, fixed mosaic-type and rotating scanning. We presented that the object feature need be placed in the best clarity area of an optical axes intersected binocular system in high-precision full inspection. Based on a series of constraints of engineer application, we founded an optimized model for the least binocular pair of full coverage on an object surface. We applied this model solved by non-linear integrate planning method on an example. The least quantity of binocular systems and their positions are gotten. The foundation and solution process of the model provide theoretical reference for further study and interfere objects layout problems.
