Abstract :
There are three project´s control goals which are time, cost and quality, those are interdependent each other. The desired result of project optimization is achieving a station that the duration is reasonable; cost is low and quality is high. In this paper, we developed a comprehensive and balanced model of quality-cost-time optimization model under resource constraints, and introduced the genetic algorithm to solve the model. Through an application example of the actual construction schedule, we obtained a comprehensive and balanced option of project quality-cost-time optimization.
