Abstract
A novel solution for low transconductance bulk-driven operational transconductances amplifier (OTA), devoted for very low frequency filters is described in the paper. The circuit designed in 50 nm CMOS technology is supplied with the voltage equal to 0.5 V and consumes 107 nW of power for nominal bias currents. The transconductance is equal to 31.1nS. The performance is verified by LTSpice simulations.
