Abstract
The main target of the paper is to theoretically and practically demonstrate the versatility of a commercially available non-inverting positive second generation current conveyor (CCII +). The paper discuses the current conveyors theory and selected functional block structures with CCII, which represent well-known modern active elements. High-pass and low-pass filter of second order were proposed and practically implemented with the circuit structure with CCII+ functionally replacing operational amplifier. Behavior of proposed circuits was verified by OrCAD PSpice simulations. Realization of frequency filters were tested on a specialized measuring workplace for the analysis of analog circuits using vector network analyzer R&S ® ZVB4.
