Abstract :
This paper is concerned with the study, design and development of integrated Rectenna using single patch and a 1 × 4 uniform array with larger gain for wireless power transfer (WPT). WPT is demonstrated and achievement of higher efficiency with arrays is shown. Efficiency of 11.2% was calculated for single patch rectenna and 19.9% with 1 × 4 uniform array.
