Abstract
When the internet based medical uses are combined with our recent innovative rural internet technology (1) a whole new range of economically feasible medical applications for rural radio systems become available. The most significant part of the new idea stems from some basic technological advantages such as higher bandwidth efficiency, compatible technology and mass production. As new medical applications supported by the rural communication systems operate at far lower costs under higher connection reliability many new features, possibilities should benefit the system for new applications such as telemedicine and associated internet applications.
