Abstract :
This article discusses about needs assessment and strategic technology planning related to maintenance of 3 year rolling medical technology plan and associated budget for additional, replacement and new provision of medical equipment in Hong Kong. The workflow in Hong Kong for strategic technology plan development and the approval process for expensive medical equipment is also discussed.
