Abstract :
The aim of this study is to investigate possible performance management of equipment maintenance in HA by sharing externally verifiable metrics through benchmarking as well as by revealing systematic factors that determine maintenance expenditures through process models of operating performance. The performance model will match the service provider abilities to required service levels.
