Abstract
The goal of this work is develop and test of a new software archetype, to aid the competence management process in Post-Graduate of Production Engineering Courses. This system will be designed using JADE Agent Framework, to read and analyze XML data. Those technologies have been used to build an innovative environment for software building. The research methodology used in this scientific work is the bibliographical revision for appraises the theories as competence management and agent systems and the state of art when making the proposal, development and tests of the software. This work expose that the agent based methodology provides a new way to collect data, for being flexible, and to offer forms to deal with human characteristics beings in a innovative form, creating modular solutions that have the capacity to deal with complex databases in a associative form.
