  • Abstract
    In this paper, an approach to the design of terahertz tunable detector based on the resonance double-barrier structure is proposed. The approach incorporates the inverse scattering problem method and nonequilibrium Green´s function technique. The results of the numerical simulation of the device operation are also presented.
