  • Abstract
This paper shows that a hybrid model of physical and statistical models with Kalman Filter as an online adaptation method cannot be applied over a wide operation range. The superiority of a hybrid model with Just-In-Time modeling is indicated through a case study of Methane-Steam Reforming process.
