  • Abstract
In this paper, we use the object-oriented programming (OOP) techniques to design an information and communication technology (ICT) application framework for the Zigbee application system development. And we provide an example to explain how this framework works with Zigbee ICT application systems. The OOP is a programming paradigm, and has already become a more and more popular programming technology in recent 30 years. The components and patterns are software development techniques that are applied for the rapid programming. An application framework contains many sets of components and patterns that are provided for special domain application development. The ICT are used in more widely domain applications, and that includes many technologies such as the radio frequency identification (RFID), the Zigbee, the Wi-Fi, the Wi-MAX, and so on.
