Abstract :
We have developed two-dimensional absolute fluorescence intensity measurement system. This technology is consisted of measurement and calibration system. Since it has the traceability to the national standard and gives measured value as International Unit [SI, W/m2], repeatability and compatibility are quantitatively guaranteed. This innovative technology is applicable to various measurements of biomolecules.
