Abstract :
The paper designed and developed a 2D and 3D associated display system for urban storm surge disaster, based on 2D and 3D association. Unlike the traditional storm surge systems, it provides users a visualized, dynamic platform to have a view of the storm surge. Practical applications indicate that the system can reduce the blindness of ocean disaster prevention and reduction, because it enables the users to understand the real-time situation of the disaster from both angles.
