  • Abstract
    The relation between the communication delays and the equilibrium state is discussed in the consensus problem. By introducing the mode analysis of the time-delay systems, it is shown that the equilibrium state is explicitly given based on the eigenstructure of system matrix. We also provide some numerical examples which illustrate the feature of the delayed network systems.
