Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

This paper realizes the dynamic description of the emergency through conducting an investigation in dot, line and area dynamic visual label. We mainly research the conversion between the dot-shaped label and area label in a multi-scale, line-shaped visual label with growth and the technique of using key frame interpolation to generate in-between. So that the descriptions of the emergency are more vivid and specific and it is with visibility and dynamic.
