Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

The coastal zone systems of Bohai Sea make a significant role in Bohai Sea region´s economic development, which constitutes the Bohai economic circle support system. But with economic development, a series of pollution problems occur. This article points out Bohai Sea now has been seriously polluted and the pollution has already affected ecology. According to the present development, resources and status of Bohai Sea environment, the article first summarizes the current development and utilization status of Bohai Sea resources and environment, and then it further puts forward a sound Bohai Sea management measures so as to control the adverse effects of Bohai Sea environmental pollution.
