Along with national economical development Chinese urban automobiles are more and more. The rapid increase of urban automobiles has caused serious traffic jam and urban environmental pollution. But degree of different traffic vehicles polluted environment is different. In order to know well difference of each type vehicle polluted environment and control more effectively this pollution the relations between traffic vehicles and environmental pollution were studied using mathematical statistics to take Shanghai traffic for an example in this paper. The results showed that taxis and civil vehicles were the mainly contributed source of environmental pollutant PM10, civil vehicle was the mainly contributed source of environmental pollutant NO2, civil vehicle and passenger liner were the mainly contributed source of traffic noise. Therefore our final conclusions are that civil vehicles are the most important pollutant source of Shanghai urban environment, and they are the first control object of improving Shanghai urban environment.
