Abstract :
The rapid monitoring and warning technologies of red tide have been a hot topic research as red tide was one of global marine disasters. In this paper, the author described red tide rapid monitoring and warning technologies, then discussed the construction of rapid monitoring system. Article also described the rapid monitoring and warning system based GIS, which made great contribution of red tide´s rapid warning in Qingdao Olympic sailing.
