The Zhesang gold deposit is located in southeast Yunnan of the “Golden Triangle” area. Carrying out geochemical survey and delineating the boundary of the gold anomalies, around the mine area, is of significant guiding for further geological exploration. According to 1:50000 soil geochemical survey, 10 square kilometer anomaly area was delimited, in which six highly anomalous places exist. Dingjieshan brachyanticline and NE-trending faults control the distribution of the anomalies. Future work could be done in these metallogenic prospects, such as more detailed geochemical exploration and geophysical exploration.
