The quantitative study of forest regulation temperature was one of keys of evaluation of forest ecological service. The paper studied on the forest regulation temperature by using ALOS data, TM data, field surveying data and the meteorological data in Qingdao. The results were as the following: (1) the decrease temperature function of various species was different; (2) LST and NDVI are the negative correlation; (3) the land surface temperature of different land use had significant difference and the forest temperature regulation functions was more obvious than forest farmland.
