Abstract :
Lyapunov functions play important roles in nonlinear control theory. There exist two classes of strict Lyapunov functions; a Lyapunov function and a Lyapunov pair. However, the difference of both functions are not analyzed precisely. The paper analyzes both functions and gives a generalized converse Lyapunov theorem for differential inclusions.
