Abstract :
This paper is concerned with an adaptive state feedback control for descriptor systems which are more natural and convenient model than state space systems for the realization of various practical systems. The proposed method requires a positive solution of a generalized Lyapunov equation and includes the conventional method based on state space systems. The effectiveness of the proposed method is confirmed through the numerical example.
