Abstract :
Sri Lanka has been ranked high on the achievements in education in terms of high literacy rate in access to education and achievements, when compared to other countries in the region. In new information era, e learning program is suitable for fulfil the requirements of LIS education. Moodle is the best support OSS for e learning program in Sri Lanka as a developing country.
