  • Abstract
To increase measurement accuracy of input impedance, a power amplifier in radio frequency is studied in this paper. A general load-pull method is analyzed in detail, and causations of measuring errors have been found. On the basis of this analysis, a three-steps measuring method is developed. It can be used to measure input/output impedance of the high-power devices in radio frequency, shows feasible and accurate. Experimental results agree very well with theoretical.
