Teaching study and practice of the course, practical software tools and environment, in distance education network environment

The paper introduces how to build up effective learning environment in the condition of network to form positive atmosphere between teachers and students. It presents how to design multi-level teaching resources with network, how to share resources in two respects, build up QQ Group file, implement three-to-three plan, make full use of network resources to pay equal attention to two aspects and integrated course design. The paper also offers the design of teaching process with the assistance of network in order to solve the problems of learning lonliness and lack of teachers for students.
