Abstract
For problems caused by logistics enterprises that making dynamic vehicle routing plans under the view of narrow cost sense, puts forward new marketing strategy which aim at long-term development, and guides the dynamic vehicle routing planning. Randomized trials analyzed and compared different operating performances under various dynamic optimization strategies, Discusses the connotation of the new marketing strategy.
