The arrival of knowledge-based economy ages has put forward new request and challenge to traditional management model of adult education. It needs more students to create more value to school. Applying CRM in Management to analyze the influence factor of adult education student´s study demand, this paper try to summarize the essential feature of adult education student´s study, and utilize SPSS to do empirical study of the adult education student´s demand, with the aims of constructing a new teaching management model--- student centeredness. In conclusion, through factors analysis processing, we can merge the impact indicators of adult education student´s study demand into two categories: the hardware factors and the software factors. The adult education institution should take appropriate measures based on the major needs of adult learners, and allocate the existing teaching software and hardware resources rationally to build customer relationship management framework.
