Abstract :
Based on the KRC model as transformation thermodynamics, a new model of the phase equilibrium temperature of X80 pipeline steel has been established by C++ under the hot deformation conditions, on which analyzing the influences of true strain, deformed temperature and strain rate. The results given by the model have good agreements with the measured value. It shows that the model can have a good accuracy in predicting the phase equilibrium temperature of X80 pipeline steel under the hot deformation, and also can provide the theoretical for the prediction of γ transformation, evolution of microstructure and properties of X80 pipeline steel.
