Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

In this paper, according to the mechanical spare part product processing of manufacture precision request and the processor´s technical level a common mechanical parts production process rejection rate and rework rate calculation model and simulation analysis model is built, and the rejection rate and rework rate calculation examples are given at last.
