  • Abstract
    In order to predict the related attribute values of the typhoon data affecting factors from the aspect of the intrinsic relationship of the center wind force, maximum velocity of wind and center air-pressure, which is based on structural risk minimization criteria of the support vector regression (SVR) method to establish the “wind force and speed - center air” SVR prediction model, selecting the appropriate parameters and kernel function, and forecast the center pressure of the typhoon, the proposed method can get lower the relative error, The actual results are quite satisfactory accuracy and meet forecast requirements.
