Abstract :
This paper gives a design and realization method to realize the accurate impedance transform with autocontrol based on SCM (single chip microprocessor) and mechatronics. With the method, impedance tuner can be designed and manufactured to fit the multi-parameter test requirement of device such as power transistor or power amplifier (PA) under the various input/output impedance conditions. The measurement results show the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
