Abstract :
This paper discusses the construction site implementation in the superiority of the two key points: Static template-based information release and the automatic sorting of information, suggested a basic ideas and methods to solution and achieve: The basic principles of CMS and The improved PageRank. For the PageRank algorithm is biased towards the old web page problems, this paper presents a time-weighted T. The improved PageRank algorithm is as follows: PR (A) = PR (i) / T (i). With the realization of the above two methods, the performance of system-generated Web sites will be guaranteed.
